After 10 years using this program upgrading several times from tenant pro 6 to tenant pro 7 and then 250 unit level the program has become painfully slow i.e. to bring up balance sheet takes 2 minutes. I called support and was force to pay $300 to get support only to be direct to an account manager that agreed that the program is slow and I should upgrade to tenant pro 7 SQL 500 units at an additional cost of approx. $1000 with no guaranties. I only have 71 active units and they want us to upgrade?
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
I am getting the impression that this program may be getting to the end of it life. I understand it has been sold 2-3 times in the last 3 years.
